Ingredients
Chicken medium size pieces
Curd
Ginger and Garlic Paste
Turmeric Powder
Red Chilli Powder
Dhaniya Powder
Jeera Powder
Garam Masala Powder
Salt and Lemon
Cooking Instructions
Wash Chicken marinate it with all the above ingredients except lemon. Keep it aside for 2 to 3 hrs. Heat the frying pan (without oil)and put chicken pieces along with its gravy to it, add lemon juice and keep it on slow flame till it is done. (Not to use oil).
