Erishery (Curry) Recipe

Boil ashgourd (Kumbalangya) and drumsticks (Muringyakaaya) pieces with enough water, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder till cooked.
Grind grated coconut, a spoon of jeera and green chillies in some water to a fine paste.
Add the paste to the cooked vegetables and boil.
Crackle mustard seeds, red chillies and curry leaves and add this to the mixture.Curry ready!
Serve with hot rice and , of course, pappads!
Tip: Use slightly warm water to grind the paste if youre using frozen grated coconut.
