Healthy Yam curry for lunch!

Yam Curry
Clean, wash and chop Yam into small cubes. Pressurecook with enough water adding salt, turmeric and red chilli powder for 3 whistles until cooked. In a wok, heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, add kadala parippe (chana dal), broken dry red chillies and add curry leaves. Add finely chopped onion and saute till golden. Add the tempering to the cooked yam.Enjoy hot with steaming rice and pappads )
Tip : Add half tsp coconut oil finally and stir well for added flavour.
